Installed a new gpu and now long boot time

I bought a new nvidia gigabyte gt 730 1gb gddr5 oc edition after i installed the card the boot time has doubled about 1-2 minute when i unplug the gpu it boots fast but when i plug the gpu the boot time goes to 1-2 minute when its plugged in when i try to go into the bios after the long boot time it goes into a black screen nothing happens just blank i waited for about 15-20 minutes but the black screen remained its very frustrating :( please help

My specs::
i3 2120
Foxconn H61MXL/H61MXL-K motherboard
4 gb ram
500w PSU

i am going to try that and it happened before i installed the drivers and geforce experience....btw my pc also lags once a while if i set all to low in a game it stutters and sometimes its smooth as butter but sometime it lags like hell and if i uninstall this experience how would i know the new updates for my driver ?
