I am using a wired Xbox 360 controller to play games and it turns off when it vibrates, i don't want to take the control apart and i can't find any guide on how to disable it. the game i am playing doesn't have an option to turn vibrations off. Thank you in advance.

It has been discussed before.
If game doesn't support it, the conclusion is same as you have reached, no easy way to do it globally besides taking controller physically apart and removing the feature on hardware side.

supposedly a work around for the controller turning off after vibrating is to connect it directly to pc's USB port, not through a hub/splitter

Edit:
There is also a discussion about patched dll's that have it turned off by default. Said discussion is two years+ old though and as such, said dll's might be outdated and... since they are patched, possibly compromised (you never know)
