Replace that PSU with a Seasonic S12II-620. Corsair CX isn't good.

if you are looking for the best cpu and motherboard,
try i7 6700k and msi z170a xpower,
but what this pc for? gaming?
maybe try i5 6500 is good enought, and to get the b150m mortar is the other option.
base on your budget, and what you really need.....
