Help! Pc won't boot the fans spin for less than a second and then nothing!

So I've owned this desktop from Leveno for over 2 years. And recently I had came home and tried to boot it up but it wouldn't boot. So I had taken it apart and put it back together and tried to boot it up and the fans spin for about 1 second or less and then stops and nothing else happens...

do you have the pc plugged into a surge protected bar?
it could be your power supply at fault, or possibly your battery needs to be changed.
try this:
start your pc with just 1 RAM Bar,your mouse,the GPU and the fans. if it if it starts and the fans work.shut it off, add another Ram Bar.start it up again.if everything works, add another component. Repaeat the process,until you've attached everything. if,when you add something, the pc won't start, than that component is the cause.
