Is this graphic card http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Superclocked-Graphic... and this power supply http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-Continuous-Crossfi... compatible with my system? Also are they compatible with each other?
My mother board: H110M PRO-D
My CPU is a: Intel Core i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70Hz
Links are broken, but doesn't matter.
As long as the graphics card isn't anything more powerful than a 950, the CPU won't be a bottleneck.
All motherboards have the same basic support for single cards, as nearly all have an x16 PCIE.
The only problem would be whether or not it actually fits in your case, apart from that you're good to go.
This is the graphic card http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Superclocked-Graphic-02G-P4-2962-KR/dp/B00T4BWGBM?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_2&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
That should be good given that you get the 4GB version. Otherwise it may be a bottleneck on higher loads.
So I should get the 4g and not the 2g?
Yup, the performance will be much better in newer titles, and given your CPU overclock you should be able to handle it.
Edit: Was your CPU non k overclock affected by the micro code update? or is your motherboard one of those AsRock special mobos?
If the CPU begins to bottleneck however, and you feel the need to upgrade, the i5 6500 or 6600k are good mid range options.
I don't understand "Was your CPU non k overclock affected by the micro code update? or is your motherboard one of those AsRock special mobos?"
Disregard it, I just realized the stock speed for the i3s are 3.70GHz, silly me!
Long story short, you know how 'k' means you can overclock the CPU?
If you have a special motherboard you can overclock CPUs without the k in the model number, but it got patched a while ago, and now AsRock are releasing specific motherboards to get around that issue.
I thought that when you put running at 3.7GHz that you overclocked it.
