Dear community!

Does anyone of you own the Corsair H100i GTX?
I wanted to buy that cooler and replace the stock fans right away with Noctua NF-F12's.

So my question is: The Y splitter for the two fans on the H100i, is it a 4-pin or 3-pin connector?
Thats important since all Noctuas are 4-pin.

Kind regards

Thomas

I've got one. The splitter is for 4 pin fans. I plugged 3 pin fans, (Fractal), in to it and it blew the pump. Nocturas are good fans but you will not gain much over the Corsair fans, maybe 1 deg. and a bit quieter. I went back to the Corsair fans. Do what you will though.

In the instruction, there is no picture or discription concerning the FAN-headers itself. There is only one picutre showing the pump/power connector connecting to the CPU_FAN header on the mainboard.

Im talking about the Y splitter tho.

In my experience noctua fans are of much higher quality and those who buy it mainly have them because they have good performance while being much quieter than stock. Stock h100i fans at full speed sound like a wind turbine
