Low profile ... ish CPU Cooler ? SKYLAKE

Hey all,

Does anybody know of any good low profile heat sinks?

I have the 6700k Skylake but current heatsink I have is pretty tall and wide and would like to keep my 200mm side fan in use for the R9 390 as it's a hot card!

Never liked the thought of watercooling tbh so that's a no go.

I have looked at the Phanteks PH-TC12LS but not sure what that would be like under load playing Rust for example or any other intense games.

Case I have is NZXT PHANTOM

So long as you are not overclocking, even the stock cooler will do regardless of witch games you play.
As for something better look into the noctuas at the bottom of the page http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail

i7 6700k and i5 6600k dont have stock cooler. the box come with the processor only.

How about the RAIJINTEK Pallas? It's a downdraft cooler and I overclocked my Haswell i5 and i7 to 4.7 Ghz on it.

LGA1151 has the same hole spacing as any recent Intel consumer socket, such as the LGA 1150. The cooler will fit.

yea defo happy, cooler I had before was pretty large and did not compare to this believe it or not ... I had the sythe ninja 4 is it ? but yea this is 10 times better.
