Hello. So I am into buying a Gigabyte GTX 760 GV-N760OC-2GD for 50 euros. The owner states that the card will work with lower clock speeds but when in stock it will show artifacts. It is a great deal IF this problem could be somehow fixed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
