My graphic card gets to 95 celcius playing 10mins of black desert or any game high settings

I recored a video of it I have 1 stock fan with my case not sure if thats it? people have said its the thermal paste maybe or bad heat sink? who knows lol

my GPU is a gtx 660

Make sure your PSU is good, as the 390 you are getting uses a lot of power.

Maybe the fan already going bad? You mention your case only have one fan. No other fan installed on your case?
