I am trying to choose between mobo with Z170 chipset and H170 chipset. the reason for this is because they both cost the same but h170 mobo has better/ updated specs. i am getting a i5-6600 3.3GHz cpu which can turbo boost to 3.9GHz. Will i be able to turbo boost CPU with the H170 chipset?
Does turbo boost mean overclocking?

Yes, you will be able to turbo boost on the H170 chipset, but you won't be able to manually push it further.
