Hello everyone, as the title says, I experience game-breaking stutter whenever I play open world games such as: Far cry 4, Witcher 3 and Assassins creed. What makes this stutter all the more frustrating and noticeable is that I can play these games at 60+ fps, considering that I have a GTX 980 Ti. Therefore, the stuttering is more noticeable as the gameplay is silky smooth, prior to when the stuttering occurs. I am trying to narrow down the list of culprits ( my components) and believe that the problem could be the fact that I have all my games installed on my hard drive. Therefore, I am considering buying an SSD as I have heard on other forums, highlighting this stutter issue, that just installing the games on an SSD completely eliminate the issues. I will post my system specs below. Any help would be much appreciated.
