How do I get a better ping in Battlefield 4?

Hello, I have a pretty good internet connection, this is what I pay for 120MB/s upload and 120MB/s download, though it's actually more like 40Up/100Down. The speed test shows I get 7 ping to my ISP and that's good. Here's the reason I want a better ping though, I don't know if I just think this but have you ever noticed that most Battlefield 4 servers are hosted in Germany? Or the good servers anyways... I'm trying to play some Gulf of Oman and all the Second Assault servers are 24/7 Metro with insane amounts of tickets or some Germany hosted one and I get instantly kicked for 100 Ping. 100 Ping isn't that bad, only about a second behind, so I don't see why they'd kick me for that tbh.

Is there any ways of lower ping for games in general or something? I'd rather not move to Germany, thanks.

Solution
OK 100 ms Latency isn't bad and its nowhere near a second (1/10 of a second) If you are getting 7ms to your ISP there is nothing you can do to a) re_route your connection or b) make Germany any closer.

I think you would need to lay down a dedicated fiber cable from your door to Germany, that might get your ping down to 95 or so.

In all seriousness, this ping is travelling a long distance, you can't change the laws of physics.

Shame, I didn't know that 100 was 1/10 of a millisecond. I remember being told it was a second. That's not bad at all.
Oh well, packing my bags and leaving to Germany tomorrow. Goodbye, Canada. ;-;
