Hi,

I've built a PC myself, using an ASRock FM2A68M-HD+ motherboard, and it works just fine. BUT. The power button only works every now and then, and most of the time it only works when I wiggle the PowerSW plug on the motherboard!

The switch on the case is working correctly (I've measured it).
Trying different things, I've found the computer started even without a button pressed, by just wiggling the PowerSW plug on the motherboard!!

Has anyone such experience? Can anyone help me with this? After all, I'm becoming a little clueless...

Thanks a lot, and greetings from Berlin, Germany,
Rolf

it could be that you put the PowerSW is upside down or in the wrong pin, but see if it is upside down first. Then check if it is on the wrong pin. I had problems like this before.
