While you were in there, you possibly bumped the SATA cable on the hard drive.
That's where I'd start looking.
That, and look in the BIOS.

Checked it now, both sata cables intact and checked the BIOS. No disable option :/

In BIOS move the CD to last in the list. if you can also see if you can select a BLANK in its place, which is not the same as disable but it will have the same effect.

Next also check the power and SATA cables on the back of the HD as well as on the motherboard.

Finally just for sanity's sake, plug the CD back in and see if it resolves itself. This should change nothing, but since it is the only thing you know you changed it is worth testing. You don't have to re-install it for the test. Just turn the PC off, open the side and plug it in. Doesn't have to be pretty to test it.

Hey bjornl! The problem got solved when i used my old power supply, but i dont understand why. Is it the power supplies fault? I got my hands on a corsair hx520w

Sound like it. Troubleshooting is both simple and hard. You have to control your variables and eliminate them one by one. Since you changed your old PSU back and the it resolved the issue then there was either an issue with your new PSU (perhaps it was faulty) or perhaps it was not hooked up quite right.

Either way, you tracked down your gremlin. Congrats.
