Okay so ive been having this problem for a while and cannot seem to fix it with the troubleshooting iv done. Basicly after 10 minuets of playing a game the computer will just sort of stop working, the screen will go black, the noise of the fans will lower, and i cannot do anything. I took my computer to a local computer shop and they tried to replicate the problem by running a game, however the computer seemed to run fine, this led me to believe the problem must be something external to the computer at my house like the electrics and stuff. So far i have tried replacing my power supply cable, swapping the plug adapter, swapping the room of the computer. Non of these have helped thus far. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

that is most likely caused by overheating components or a bad power supply. you can check your components temperature with Open Hardware Monitor and make sure they are below 70C for CPU and 90C for GPU. Also your power supply might be failing or it is a bad unit. Or it may not be able to power your components correctly(Like not enough amps or wattage). Can you please provide system information and PSU unit brand/model and wattage
