i want to buy cooler master master case 5 pro
buy i heard that dust can go easly through the front mesh as it is quit wide
can dust damage my parts?
or its fine

Dust is fine, there is nothing you can do to fully prevent it anyways.
Dust can cause higher temps, so from time to time you need to blow out your components (filters or no)
