Need a Quality 450W PSU

My friend's cheap PSU exploded...
So he needs a Quality PSU this time,
So i need help to find a good one.

seasonic s12ii 80+ bronze 520w.

- please don't make the common mistake to buy gold 80+ rated ones its about efficiency, not about stability performance and build quality-

the system will only use the wattage it needs.

Thank you for the suggestion but
i asked for a 450W one, not a 520W one
We need to save money since the Motherboard got fried because of the PSU explosion

The 520W Seasonic is cheaper than the XFX 450W... Less wattage does not necessarily mean less dollars.
Buying a really cheap underrated "450W" power supply will just ensure that your new motherboard gets fried in the exact same fashion. Go with the Seasonic.

There's the XFX Pro Series 450w, XFX XT 500W or as superninja suggested, the SeaSonic S12II 520w; higher wattage doesn't always mean higher price, the 450w PSU is often the most expensive.
