getting huge frame drops and stutters while gaming

playing any game get frame drops but no crashes or anything just spikes from100or more down to 13-20 I believe its throttling I have a 9590

Is that a FX9590?

If so, can you say what HSF or WC system you have installed with it? Also, the MoBo and PSU would be good to have.

I'd like to know if this is a new problem or if it's been happening since forever.

thanks for answering yuka and yes it is a 9590 but since posting this I have solved the problem being that the h60 was not enough to cool it at its stock speeds so I decided to undervolt and underclock
