H440 front fan filter makes fan make a low rurring noise

I have the H440 and the fans i own are AF120. I heard this low noise and it sounded like: Hurr hurr hurr at a very low noise, but to the point where I could hear it with headphones on. I then figured out it was coming from the front and I removed the fan filter and it went away. Sounded like it was coming from the middle or bottom fan (It has 3 front fans btw)

Any ideas on how I can fix this? I really want this fan filter in but i'd rather my sanity.

Uh... what "cable" is 4-pin PWM? I'm missing something here.

If you are intent on using those after market fans and not wanting to use a discrete fan controller, I would suggest adding limiting resistors between the fans and the hub. Example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6J32AS4732&cm_re=fan_resistors-_-9SIA6J32AS4732-_-Product

I recently built a PC with that case. The fan hub on the back of the m/b tray was all 3-pin. Did NZXT change that to 4-pin? Either way, I suspect your fans are all running at full speed.
If all your AF120 fans are running full RPM, the pressure might be too much for the front filter since it is just held on with magnets.

So should I try to hold the filter in with tape or something so it doesn't make that noise? and the fans are 3 pin and the hub is 3 pin as well, but the PWM cable is a 4 pin, and I only have one 4 pin connector on my mobo for my CPU cooler (Hyper 212 EVO)

As I recall, there's only one 4-pin (PWM) header on the fan hub. That is for the CPU cooler fan. The rest are all 3-pin fan headers. The 3-pin headers will all run your case fans at full RPM. I didn't use the 4-pin header, I connected the CPU fan directly to the CPU FAN header on the m/b.
