now as every one know 2016 wd blue are rebranded green drives
i am planing to buy two WD10EZEX (real blue) this will cost me 100$ or i should buy WD20EZRZ (rebranded green) (80$)

Hey there, Himanshu Kumar Meena!

Just like @N3rdR4ge mentioned the different models have different RPM capabilities. The WD Blue family consists of our mainstream PC products for everyday computing.

The X-ending models incorporate 7,200 RPM and 64 MB of cache with maximum capacity up to 1 TB

The Z-ending models (previously known as WD Green) are in the 5,400 RPM class with storage capacities up to 6 TB.

Models up to 1 TB can be both 5,400-RPM & 7,200-RPM Class. Models that are 2 TB and above are 5,400-RPM.

Every HDD in the WD Blue family comes with a 2-year limited warranty. If you want to increase the performance, then you should definitely consider getting a 7,200...

The lower RPM models still have the IntelliSeek feature that calculates optimum seek speeds to lower power consumption, noise and vibration.

Hope I was helpful. Keep us posted if you have more questions! :)

i think i should buy wd ezex 7200rpm model.....i have one question left
is wd ezex worth upgrading from wd ezrx

(i know blue is better then green) but how much read speed and write speed difference will be there

I'd recommend you take a look at the WD Blue specification sheet, @Himanshu!
Their sustained transfer rate is 150 MB/s, however, if you put them side-by-side you will definitely see a better performance from the 7,200 RPM model (EZEX), when compared to the 5,400 RPM (EZRZ) one.

If you really want to upgrade your performance and use demanding applications like high-end games and software, then you should consider a WD Black HDD instead. It has the same 7,200 RPM as the EZEX Blue model, but it is tuned for performance and perfect for gaming. This HDD model also incorporates a dual-core processor that offers twice the processing capability as a standard single-core processor to maximize drive performance, especially for loading games or large multimedia files. Another advantage of the WD Black is its 5-year limited warranty that definitely gives some peace of mind.

Let me know if you have more questions coming my way! :)
