I'm currently building a PC with a MSI X99a SLI Plus motherboard and an EVGA Geforce GTX 970 GPU. My monitor keeps indicating no signal with it connected via HDMI or DVI. I have tried different slots, checking connections, and resetting CMOS. Nothing seems to be working. I have heard flashing the bios should work but I don't know how to do that without a display (if it's even possible). The fans do turn on the GPU. They run for a little bit, then turn off for a second and then restart.
