What clock speed could you overclock out of the FX-8350 on the ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX?

I am currently shopping for a cheap mobo to overclock my 8350 and am wondering what clock speed I could get maximum out of the ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX.
PSU: Rosewell 750W
Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon R9 390

No one has made a fridge or freezer for PCs because they would kill it. The condensation that builds up would quickly short anything out that is powered on. Standard watercooling is just fine and anyone who is doing extreme overclocking is likely not trying to keep it long term (i.e. LN2). No, you won't get extreme overclocks using the 212 EVO, but you can overclock on it, as I ran the same setup about 3 years ago with my FX-6300/FX-8350.
