damn that psu is a tier 4 one the aerocool one..
And no 550w wont be enough...
Try a 650W psu that should be enough...

NVidia recommend a minimum of 600w with the 980Ti. While a good quality 550w would probably work why would you buy a PSU that's going to be working hard, better to buy a PSU with headroom so it's not going to be stressed as much.
