is MasterCase pro 5 have good airflow with stock fans?

As long as the case keeps a positive pressure of air inside ( more air forced in, than out ) which this does it will be fine. If the pc runs fairly hot, add more or greater airflow rated fans, just keep that positive pressure ratio thing intact
