Overheating cpu amd fx8320

I just bought a cpu fx 8320 yesterday and I smelled in my room hot plastic. I downloaded HWmonitor and prime95 . I take a screenshot to show you my cpu temps. I stressed 4-5 minutes because i was worried about my socket to not burn. Please tell me what i to do. I have doubts about thermal paste . What do you think this temps are high? Cpu Temps under stress 5 min
Also im not using stock fan i got Segotep T2 Plus.

As seen in Task Manager, the CPU throttles. You have 2 issues:

1. The cooler is not good enough;
2. It doesn't cool the VRM, but it's an absolute must with that inexpensive motherboard. You ignored the note found at the top of this page for any FX CPU: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Pro3%20R2.0/?cat=CPU

Install the noisy stock cooler and your system will run fine. An aftermarket cooler has to meet ASRock's recommendations to prevent throttling.

AUXTIN = Auxiliary Temperature Index. SYSTIN = System Temperature Index. CPUTIN is different from CoreTemp. CoreTemp is the sensor on the processor while CPUTIN is motherboard CPU temp sensor. AUXTIN is the power supply temp sensor if there is one.

You mean the * For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design. note

Yes. The OP selected a best answer, but it's incorrect (not a good enough CPU cooler and it doesn't meet the VRM cooling requirements).
