Hello All,

My greatest thoughts are about the Mainboard, Video, HDD and the Monitor.

Case: Define R5 Titanium Window - http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/define-series/define-r5-titanium-window

I would happy if you share your opinion there is a better part for the same amount of money and it is quite better.
I will use the PC for gaming and watching films. Here comes the big dilemma about the monitor. I want a quality IPS monitor but on reasonable price. The point is to be good enough for Counter-Stike Global Offensive.
About the HDD i am not sure in the moment which one will serve me well. Till now two WD Black Caviar betrayed me. 2TB is good for my needs but what brand and model i am not sure.

I am from Bulgaria. My budget is around 1700-1800 euro.

If you have an SSD as your primary drive, especially a 1TB SSD, then you don't need a hybrid drive as your secondary. I would trade that out for a 2-3TB HDD instead.

Also, do you plan on overclocking, & do you plan on it now or in the future? If you don't plan on OC'ing immediately, I would recommend a non-K CPU instead, & don't bother with the CPU fan. If you're still worried about system cooling, just stick a couple more fans into the case.

A 1000W PSU is probably overkill, unless you were planning on multiple 980TIs or Titan Xs. I would still pick at least a Gold or Platinum rated PSU, but you could probably get by with a 600-750W one.

On that note, a 980 or 980Ti is probably overkill for your build, but since your board can handle it & you have the budget, you could always consider getting a 2nd 970 for SLI. Just be aware that SLI support is inconsistent: some games support it very well, some have very spotty support, & some games will simply ignore the 2nd GPU.
