Pc wont start. Bad pool header

I got bad pool header yesterday then it restarted afterwards i turned my oc off so i can research about it on how to fix it. I git some answers like restoring/rebooting my pc so i was gonna try it but now my pc wont even power on completely. It just lights up and fan up and then off. The process just keeps on repeating. Please help me

Hi colif, i have fixed it now. what i did was removed all the components of my pc; ram, graphics card and all the other replugged everything and it turned on. and thats when i refreshed my pc...
