Ok. So i went through all these cards and got to know that the taxes in india add about 50-100USD extra to the price of each card....so if u guys can suggest some cards which will cost less than the above (excluding gtx/950)...it would be better for my pocket

I would suggest not buying a GPU at all right now. Nvidia and AMD are about to release their new line-up of GPUs in the next few months, and we can expect a price job on the previous-gen of cards.
If you really need a GPU, an R9 380 would be a safe bet, both for now and the future (NVidia is getting hammered by AMD in DX12 performance).

Really. If you're low on funds, just wait a couple more months for the next generation of GPUs to launch. It will make the previous gen cheaper

Stay away from nvidia for a while because they are having trouble with DirectX 12. They were too busy sabotaging AMD by playing shekelstein with game developers and had missed out DirectX optimization. I'm having trouble with my nvidia drivers as well. So better stay away till they release their new lineup. Regarding AMD, if you could also wait a bit longer, you might be able to buy one of their ZEN CPUs and pair it with their new lineup of GPUs so that it would absolutely dust anything in the competition. Guaranteed!

It's not likely that Zen with destroy Intel, but offer them proper competition again, making Intel drop its prices.
AMD can't compete with intel in single core performance, but they are superior when it comes to multi-core CPUs. With DX12 utilizing all cores better, they are definitely going to be keeping Intel on their toes.
