Using Slow HDD for OS, and Fast HDD for Gaming

I have 2 HDDs one of 5400RPM and another of 7200RPM.

i want to know if i use the 5400rpm for the OS(and some programs)and the 7200rpm exclusive for games.

The question here is ¿will the 5400rpm OS slow down my gaming even if have the games at the hdd 7200rpm?

The only advantage of a faster drive for gaming is map and level loading. Always use the fastest drive for the OS.

Yup. Use the faster one for your OS and some of your favorite games and programs and use the slower one for the rest of your games and programs. Your system will feel much snappier
