Think i may have to change the mother board because its for ddr3 memory and i think the GTX 960 is ddr5 or doesnt that matter?
 


A graphics card is basically it's own mini computer, it has it's own motherboard, it's own cpu, and it's ownmemory. It's all separate from your motherboard.

Graphic card memmory is called GDDR2/3/5, it's different from system memory, they don't interact.
