Hi

Just came back to my PC after not using it for about 5-6 months.

It has two AMD Radeon R9 200 Series cards in it - so I can run a high res on both displays. 6 months previous it was working fine. However I turned on the PC today and found only one of the monitors displaying.

I've been into Device Manager and it only shows one of the two cards.

Is there a simple fix to this? I have updated the Driver Software. I'm relatively a computer newbie - should I be opening up the PC and unplugging/replugging the video card?

Any advice on a fix will be appreciated

Cheers

Solution
1st shutdown your PC and unplug all of the cables connected and open your CPU (means remove the side of the computer case so you can access the motherboard)
Then remove your Video Cards from the mother board.
clean all the dust from your video card and mother board by a soft brush.
after that insert those cards into the slot(at same slot), then push down (means re-install those cards).
