Long story short they won't work. You have a Skylake processor that you're trying to put with a Devil's Canyon series board. For that processor you would need a Z170 series board and DDR4 ram. The Power supply is also poor quality and should be replaced with a Tier 1 or 2 unit off the Tom's Hardware PSU list. Lastly, the GPU seems rather underpowered for a build like this. Is it already owned or something you're buying new for the computer?

CV_Taihou beat me to it. If you put your build together at pcpartpicker, it will help you check for incompatibilities.

I came up with nearly the same build as CV_Taihou. If you are going to be doing a lot of video editing, you may want the i7 6700K. If the budget is flexible, you might consider a better case like something from the Fractal Design Define series and moving up to the Asus Pro Gaming MB which has better sound and more rear USB connections.

superninja12's build would be better for video editing.
