Does the computer case size matter?

I was thinking of replacing my power supply and graphics, and have already found that they are compatible with my mother board. But I was wondering, does my computer case need to be a certain size?
Here are some pictures of it https://multimedia.bbycastatic.ca/multimedia/products/500x500/104/10400/10400950_4.jpg

Solution
That graphics card should fit into any tower case. And the power supplies are built according to ATX specification, which defines its screw hole position so it should also work with any case. If you want to be sure, note down the gpu and psu dimension size from their manufacturer website, grab a measurement tape and measure your case to see if they will fit. Main measurement for gpu is length.

I am pretty sure from the picture that they will fit in your case.
