Change the OS from pre Installed windows 10 to ubuntu

I bought a lenovo Ideapad 100 lastmonth with Windows 10. Now I want make my system with complete Ubuntu. But I cannot boot with other installation media... boot with CD Rom not working properly..... please help me...

Did you try to update your bios? Are you sure you installed ubuntu correctly with lili (http://www.linuxliveusb.com/fr/home)? What's happening when you boot with a usb plugged in? Did you try manually setting in your bios the boot order to usb first?

My solution, however:
Install Ubuntu 16.04 Development- it has native 32-bit EFI support. That was my solution for a 32bit EFI system, which that Thinkpad seems to be.
