Drivers stop working and desktop becomes black

As the title says, sometimes I receive the error "Graphic drivers have stopped working.." and my desktop becomes black or partially black (moving the cursor or clicking on a file makes this portion of the screen black). I'm using the latest AMD drivers on windows 10, both installed in a clean way after formatting a couple of weeks ago. GPU doesn't seem to have any other problem, it provides steady perfomance while gaming any title. Any idea what I should check?

My specs:
GPU: R9 280X TOXIC TRI-X (not oc)
CPU: FX-8350 (not oc)
MOBO: 990XA-UD3
16gb DDR3 kingston ram and 3vga supernova p2 psu

The hardware is clean, temperatures are always low.

Try to check your device manager and update your display drivers. If this will continuously happen I suggest to reinstall again your computer windows. And install a new virus scanner before to install a new vga driver and other driver and update it. Check if this will happen again, if this will happen again, if your using a graphics card remove it and try to use the built-in vga port, if your using a built-in vga port, try to use a vga card and install the both drivers in your computer.
