Hi, First time selecting components. Kinda fun but a little overwhelming. Wanted to be $700 + monitor. Have Microsoft friends, so hope to get a Windows10 deal. Will be used for video and image editing, animation, and some gaming.

Please critique and recommend any changes.

Solution
For your purposes 16GB memory would be better and you need a higher quality power supply.

For about $25 more you can get the 4GB version of the 750 Ti. It will let you use prettier textures in many games and extend the usable life of the card. Several games today are already hitting that ceiling at only 1080p.

The 128-bit memory bus bandwidth of the 750Ti is that card's weakest link in 4GB variant. It's not wide enough to use 4GB VRAM effectively. Not worth the extra money.

do you have any software that still comes on a disc? Virtually all new software is digital download by default.

You did good, it would perform well in gaming medium-high settings and editing.

For editing purposes i would get 16GB of rams instead of 8

Dont get a 4gb gtx 750ti. I dont think it would even be able to use the extra 2gb's
