These are my specs and i'm looking to purchase a graphic card, what to do you suggest me?
I have in mind this one: Sapphire VGA R9 380v2 Nitro Dual OC 4GB.

Processor: AMD A10-7870K Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G, 3900 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 12,0 GB
Graphics Chipset: AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics, Memory Size 2048 MB
Motherboard: ASUS A88X - GAMER
Power Supply: 750W

That should get you a pretty nice improvement over the CPU integrated graphics. It would help us to know your budget and what you like to do with your PC. That way we can offer a recommendation that best meets your need.

No I do not think a new PSU would be necessary. Unless it was something very cheap initially like 20USD. 750W should be sufficient to drive most single graphics cards today. Really 650W would probably be enough for all but the highest end GPUs. SLI or crossfire would require a bit more power.
