Problem with installing windows 7 64bit

Hello guys,I have problem with windows 7 64bit installation.When I enter in setup I am getting Error 0x80070570 on the 33% of Expanding Windows files.I have old sata hard drive on which I am trying to install my windows.My configuration is Asus z87-pro,Intel i5 4670K,Asus R9 270X,2x2GB Kingston RAM(KHX1600C9D3X2K2/4GX).I am trying to install windows from USB.I have been trying to change settings in BIOS RAID/IDE/AHCI but I really have no idea how that's works...Help please I am desperate and sorry for my English

I tryed with windows 10 I got error code: 0x8007025D
Does any one had the simular problem?

I have the same problem... but i didnt find a fix yet. Did you?
I've a Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10 x64.
