Hello, I am trying to get my build under $1000, the total for this build currently sits at $1,122. The reason I am asking in this forum is because this is my first build and I don't know what products I can swap for cheaper products without bringing down the performance of this build. For example, if someone knows of cheaper RAM that i switch for what i currently have that would be awesome. Basically, I am opened to changing anything except for changing the CPU, and GPU. Also, is this power supply right for this build? Too much, too little? And is the case big enough?

Thanks in advance, and let me know what you think of this current build.

Thermal compound is a waste of money. And you also need a CPU cooler. This is about the closest I can get to $1K:
