Beep code: three long, three short

I have an HP Envy 750-114 and I'm getting a beep code upon startup that I can't find any info on.

It's three long low pitched beeps and then three long high pitched beeps.

The only change that happened between startups was that I installed a new video card. Windows 10 was having trouble recognizing that a card was installed. I finally got it to work, then I shut the computer down and moved it to a different room and that was when the beeping started.
