Asrock 970 pro3 2.0 and fx 8320e together ?

With a asrock 970 pro3 2.0 can i run a fx 8320e at factory clock speed no overclock , will it hold it back ?

If you are referring to the BIOS, run something like CPU-Z and go to the Mainboard tab. The BIOS version will be listed.

You can also open a CMD prompt in Win and type wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion. The BIOS version will be listed.
You can also watch the top of the black POST screen when you boot up. The BIOS version will be listed there for a moment.
You can enter the BIOS setup and see the version listed there too.

Well i have the same parts, i put also a down-air cooler, and still i have problems. The problem is my screen freeze.Mmy motherboard says that is the P2,40 version. I have also
RAM HYPERX KHX16C9T3K2/16X 16GB (2X8GB) DDR3 1600MHZ XMP BEAST SERIES DUAL CHANNEL KIT . And stil freeze.. May i have an answer:):) plzpzlzlp.. Could my motherboard has a problem..or ram? I send it on an expert and he said that my Cpu with this motherboard doesnt cooperate.?
