tldr; at the bottom

Gonna start this off by saying im not exactly experienced in PC parts, so I'm hoping you lovely people can help me out.

As most of you probably know, Dark Souls 3 came out recently, and it became painfully clear that my [strike]potato[/strike] computer wasn't gonna cut it anymore. Can You Run It says that my cpu and graphics card were holding me back, not even meeting minimum requirements.

So I went out and bought new ones, the AMD FX 8350, and the Sapphire Nitro R9 380 4g.
But when I put them in, my computer would not start. I got a black screen (problem with graphics card?) and then it would beep 2 short beeps followed by 8 long ones.

So I tried putting my old graphics card back in, and the screen said max cpu over 95w or something. Which after looking it up, means my motherboard (Biostar A960G+) can't handle the new cpu?

So I put the old cpu back in, and put the new graphics card to try it out, but it still gives me a black screen and those beeps before. After looking it up again (because i am a fool and don't check these things beforehand) I found that my power supply is 50w short of the minimum 500.

SO, What I would like to know from you guys is a confirmation that I need a new motherboard and power supply, and if so, what are some decent, affordable ones. I'm not looking for an amazing top-notch computer, just hoping for something that will run new games decently.

tldr; I need a new motherboard that will run my 125w FX 8350 CPU, and a 500w-650w power supply that will support my Sapphire Nitro R9 380 4g, that won't break my budget. The cheapest, decent parts you know of, please. :(
