I plan to insert 4 Fan (Cooler Master JetFlo 120 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103192) in to my case, 2 fan above - 2 fan in front of.
But I hesitate between PWM fan (Cooler Master JetFlo) and Scythe SY1225SL12SH "Slipstream" Case Fan.
Between 2 these is stronger, while its noise I think also about equal.
According to you I should choose type?????
thank you so much

Solution

If you want to (stupidly) keep fans at max, just get a fan splitter with molex/sata power connector. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812423166 is fine with 3 or 4 pin fans. With PWM fans, you can still use your motherboard's PWM to regulate fan speed (including max only), but with 3 pin fans you will have them at 100% regardless.
If you have PWM output on your motherboard, PWM will be easier to set up (as long as all fans are the same model and you want them all to move at the same speed). Just get three PWM splitters (or a 4-way splitter) and hook the fan control to the motherboard and power to SATA/molex

If you don't have PWM, you'll want voltage control (3 pin) fans. Unless your motherboard has multiple headers or high amp headers, you should consider a dedicated fan controller like the Sentry 3

So, should i choose? For my case! I want full speed all 4 fan!

So you want that thing to sound like a jet engine for no reason? Stupid as hell, but if you like drowning out all sounds with massive fan noise then just get four 3pin voltage control fan and then just get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812423166&cm_re=molex_to_fan-_-12-423-166-_-Product. If you realize that it's stupid as all hell to do that, just get the same item from that link and use PWM fans instead.

If I use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103192. For 4 fan (Cooler Master JetFlo 120 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) in to my case, 2 fan above - 2 fan in front of.
So 4 fan Run FULL RPM? and my case had noise? According to you, should I insert? to the computer I'm cool for optimal.
There is a need to use these Cooler Master JetFlo 120 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)?
Thank you so much

Unless you short the PWM pin to the 12V then no, that thing I told you about will not work.

As for "optimal cooling", you're likely highly confused. Unless you have SLI of 390X and a 9590 at 5GH, you would never need 4 fans running at max. Most of the time ~30% is more than enough, and in my case with an overclocked 2600K and 970, fans are usually under 30% (pwm means down to 15% possible)

Hi guy, thanks for your help. I dediced buy NZXT Sentry Mix 2 Fan Controller in Newegg but I have to wonder, whether it My PSU Corsair RM850i can run NZXT Sentry Mix 2 Fan Controller (max 6 Fan is 180w power). This is my System:
My rig:
mainboard: MSI X99 SLi plus
chipset: Intel core i7 5820k
Ram: 32gb DDR4 gskill bus 2400mhz
GPU: EVGA gtx 980ti Classifield
ssd: samsung 120 gb (for OS)
ssd: samsung 500 gb (for install Games)
hdd: Seagate 2TB (for Data)
PSu: Corsair rm850i

SO my PSU can Run NZXT Sentry Mix 2 Fan Controller with 6 Fan at Max Speed
Thank you so much

Of course, even at the highest power draw your fans won't break 50W put together, so you'll still have a huge margin in case you want to overclock a bit
