Lol it was a typo I meant 160 lol... 16 watts lol, that's what the specs said max load was 160 and ok I just read a forum saying pcie was 300 watts lol, so I have a spare cable for a pcie but the problem is it only has 4 wires connected to it. It was designed that way, so is having a 6 pin pcie connector with only 4 wires ok?

The 4pin you have most likely is a 4 pin ATX +12 volt power cable and not a PCI-E power cable, so it won't work.
