Here's my rig:
AMD FX 8320 OC'd to around 3.8Ghz
ZOTAC GTX 660 2GB GDDR5 (processor clock speed: 993Mhz(boost: 1059Mhz)/real world memory clock speed: 1502Mhz)
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 RAM x2
ASUS M5A 78L-M LX motherboard
Two 7200rpm HDD's
"LightScribe DVD SuperMulti Drive/CD-Burner"

I've been considering a 725W power supply, but I'm concerned that it might not be enough to handle this stuff under heavy load. What wattage on a power supply do you guys think I should go for?

A 725w is more than you need. A 500w would do the trick, 550 if you want more ceiling room. If you want a good list to draw from, the tier list in this post is a good start. If you intend on going hard core with a high power draw video card in the future, then a 750-850w might be needed.

Seasonic, EVGA, XFX are some of the easier to find models at a decent price. Non-modular can be had for around $60, semi /full modular can be had for around $70. For me, a modular is worth the extra few bucks for less hassle with a mass of cables.

I was looking at this 725w PSU: http://www.amazon.com/Sentey-Xplus-Power-Supply-XPP725-HS/dp/B00SN6VN7W/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1461137267&sr=1-1&keywords=sentey+power+supply

It's not on the list, so I'm not very sure.

No... just no. Look if you were to find a 500w PSU at that range I'd be suspicious about its quality. A 750w, at that price, is going to be crap. You want good power, not cheap that has a big shiny number on it. Your entire computers breaths off the PSU, its one of the most important parts of the build.

@ Abankz: It's also a poor unit, any decent 700W+ part would have at least 4 PCI-E cables and no floppy connector, Azaran links some top notch parts from top calibre makers, I strongly advise you consider one of them.
With such a power hungry CPU and a fairly old gen GPU I'd go for his $60 option of the 620W Seasonic part, but if cash is tight (when isn't it :( ) his $55 Seasonic selection is only $10 more for a far higher quality, far more reliable, far better protected and better warrantied part.

I checked out some EVGA power supplies, and might consider a 600B. It's tier 3 on the psu list.
