I'm having some issues with my graphics card. For some reason, card stucked in 540mhz after changed OS (win 10 to win 7) and i can't unlock this. Nvidia Driver 364.72. Already changed driver (362.00), already changed OS (win 7 and 10). Change power config in driver, disabled and enabled card in system but nothing solved it. Checked with games Rise of tomb raider (benchmark), tree of savior, hots and 3DMark. Always stucked. Neved OC card, or even make any changes in driver, card, OS or hardware. 1 year-old computer. Brazilian brand Avell. Monitoring with GPU-Z or/and Afterburner.

Can anyone give me some light ?

Try this,
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.
