Msi Twin Frozr R9 280x fan replacement

I have an msi r9 280x twin frozr and two blades on the right fan have been chipped off because I put my fingers where thy shouldn't have been, is there any way to replace the fan with a new fan without needing a new heatsink? Like maybe just take off the bracket with the fans on it and put in a new one?
