I am planning to build pc for rendering and editing ( 3d max , revit , sketch up , autocad , vray rendering , .... ) for architect purpose.
so I have two options : 5820k or 6700k , but the price difference for 5820k and the x99 motherboard worth to go for it ???
my build in general will be :

I7 5820k / i7 6700
z170 / x99 motherboard
ddr4 16GB 2666 Corsair
Quadro m4000 8gb
480 GB ssd SanDisk ultra II
750w PS Corsair

thanks all

As long as the programs you're using can take advantage of the extra cores, and its within your budget, theres no reason not to do it. Its a solid build idea, tho make sure your picky about your PSU selection, just because it has a known brand on it doesn't make it good. You also likely wouldn't need to go with anything more than a 550w for your setup, but that'll depend strictly on the parts you finally decide on.

Would also recommend as much RAM as you can throw at it, rendering will love you for it.
Also you will fill up that SSD pretty quick, so I'd recommend going with a high capacity HDD for storage as well. I'd say it might also allow you to move to a smaller SSD to save costs but I also remember the last time I dealt with...
