So i would like too add these two to my motherboard and i just like to ask some questions regarding this matter:
1. Would they be 100% compatible with this motherboard if i would connect them to sysfan1 and sysfan2?
2. Would they be automatically controlled by motherboard which would change their spining speed according to heat level in computer case or do i need to set this in BIOS or use additional software to make it so? Back a day when i had a diffrent fan with 3pin, connected to sysfan1(that has 4pin header) it always ran on full speed no matter what

Although your board

has 3 fan headers that are all 4 pin I'd suspect that the board is only capable of providing a PWM signal for the CPU fan header alone. I'd suggest picking up a fan splitter like these:
Swiftech 8way PWM splitter
EK 4 way fan splitter
Akasa Flexa FP5s
and have it hooked to your CPU fan header and be about your way. This will make sure your fans populating the case that are capable of connecting to the splitter are all regulated by the CPU's temps and the necessary power is provided by your PSU instead of having to rely on the motherboards header.

The manual for rev 2.0 of that mobo says its three SYS_FAN headers all operate in PWM Mode. QUICK CHECK: DO YOU HAVE REV 1.0 OR REV. 2.O VERSION OF THAT MOBO? I did not check the manual for ver 1.0.

Anyway, the rev 2.0 manual on pp 23-24 says that the MANUAL settings for "Speed Percentage" are in terms of a PWM value. That means the headers do use true 4-pin PWM Mode for control, and CAN handle your proposed 4-pin Noctua NF-8A PWM fans. Each could plug into any of the three mobo SYS_FAN headers. (Are you not using one of these headers already?) The manual says the headers are configured by default to "Normal" mode, which means they WILL be under automatic speed control. If you suspect they are not, just go into BIOS Setup for those headers and verify that the "Normal" setting has been made.
