Hello friends of tom'shardware, i'm new here so i don't know if this is the right spot to ask for help, but i really need help with a big decision.
I'm building a new PC, and i already have this parts;
Moetherboard - Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
CPU - Intel I5 6500
Memory - Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2133
cooler - Cooler master hyper 212 EVO
This are the parts that i have right now, but has you know i am missing 3 components, GPU, PSU, and HDD, my plan was to get this
For PSU - EVGA Supernova 750w G2
For GPU - Asus GTX 960 Black DirectCU II 2GB
For HDD - WD 1TB Black
That was my plan... but unfortunately due some extra bills, i was force to reduce in my budget, so... now i came with some solutions, but i don't know which will be the best has performance, and here is here i need help.

Which of this solution you believe will be the best?

A) Just buy the PSU- EVGA Supernova 750W G2, and the HDD- WD 1TB Black, and use the onboard GPU the Intel HD530, and in 2 or 3 months i can buy the GPU that i was planing to get.
B) the same has above, buy the same PSU and HDD, but instead on using the onboard GPU and loose 1,7GB in the memory, why not use an old GPU that i have here one "Asus GT440 1GB", for what i read the HD530 haves some better performance, however for simple games they recommend 1024X768 for resolution, and in the GT440 1600X900, but its safe to use? i know with this GPU most probably will do some bottleneck, but for having this GPU 5 years can do any damage to my new system?
C) do some downgrade and buy for PSU an "antec HCG 620W", for GPU an Asus GTX 750 Ti Strix OC 2GB, and maybe i can buy to an WD 1 TB blue, and change the GPU after one year.

these are the options that i have with my current budget, but if i sell my old CPU, Moetherboard, and GPU, will take some days, but i can get there options them.
D) for GPU- Asus Strix GTX 950 DirectCU II 2GB, for PSU- EVGA supernova 750W G2, and for HDD i can use an old sata2 1TB from seagate that i have here, but again it's safe to use? this HDD haves 7327 hours of use, and in 1 or 2 months i can buy the WD 1TB black.
E) For GPU- Asus Strix GTX 950 DirectCU II 2GB, for PSU- Antec HCG 620W and for HDD- WD 1TB Blue.

These are all the options that i have, and the parts that i can get in the stores here (i'm from portugal), my idea to this PC is for browsing, and to play some games like; American truck, Euro truck, Flight simulator, tomb raider, at 1680X1080, in 22" monitor, thanks and best regards.

There are a few minor differences between the Blue and Black, with the Black being designed for higher endurance, hence the longer warranty. The Blue is actually the faster of the two, but you wouldn't notice a difference in actual usage. In games, it really won't matter which one you use. You can do SLI with a GTX 950, but it's almost always better to use a single faster card because of scaling and power consumption. Usually by the time cards become obsolete enough t merit using them in SLI to keep the system going awhile longer, new cards are out that are cheaper, perform better, and won't require a PSU upgrade.

The Antec HCG 620 is a good PSU and the WD Blue is a good HDD although it doesn't have the five year warranty of the black. I would use those with HD 530 graphics until you can sell off your old parts. You can then add a GTX 960 or possibly even a 970 if can save up a little additional money. If you do decide to go with option E, overclocking the GTX 950 will give you gaming performance close to that of the GTX 960, especially at the resolution you'll be playing at.

Hi "badActor" and thank's for your help, i also was thinking on the same solution, buy PSU and HDD, just to start up the system, and later buy the GTX 960 or if does well maybe an higher GPU, but about the WD Blue vs Black, the only difference is on the warranty, or does the black do better performance in games?i never had HDD from Sata3, so don't really don't know nothing about, and if i buy for exp. the gtx 950, can i later do an SLI? or better do an SLI with the 960?
